I’ve lived in Miami for about 7 happy years and while I’ve done some pretty cool stuff today I did one of the coolest things ever. I went trapezing with my coworkers! Not only was it a sick, sick, sick adrenaline rush, but the guys who run it were so nice, laid back and really intelligent! So, I of COURSE have to give a shout out to them: The Flying Trapeze is a must do on any Miami visitor’s list! Take it from this yogi… and if you don’t believe me – check out the video! SO MUCH FUN!
Ever since I found out Dick Grayson started out as a trapeze artist I’ve wanted to do this (that is to say, since before I could properly pronounce “trapeze”) The closest I’ll ever be to a superhero.
Now I have one more reason to go to Miami!

It looks so fun. I am a yogi, also. I teach Aerial yoga, among other things in Sarasota and one of my colleages also “flies” on the trapeze. I have been too chicken to try but you may have just inspired me! Thanks!
